How ordering works

All orders are placed on our Etsy shop. You choose your options, pay through Etsy and message us through Etsy if you have a question. This website doesn’t take orders.

Made to order

Each necklace is made by hand after you order it. That means making time on top of delivery time. The estimate on each listing is the one to trust. If you need a necklace for a date, such as a baby shower, order a few weeks ahead and message us if it is tight.

Delivery to the UK

Orders are sent from Carcassonne, France. The delivery estimate and postage cost for your order are shown on the Etsy listing and at checkout.

VAT and import charges

Parcels from France to the UK can be subject to UK VAT and import rules. Etsy shows the taxes and fees that apply to your order before you pay. If anything is unclear, message us before you order.

Returns and problems

Return and exchange terms are on each Etsy listing and in the shop policies. Personalised pieces are made for you, so read the policy before you order. If your necklace arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, message us on Etsy and we will sort it out. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
