Who we are

This website, mapesteadoree.co.uk, is run by Ma Peste Adorée, a jewellery business based in Carcassonne, France. You can contact us at moi [at] mapesteadoree.fr.

What this site collects

Nothing, by design. The site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising tools, no forms and no accounts.

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and working. It is kept for a short period by the provider and we do not use it to identify you.

If you email us

We use your name, email address and message to reply to you. We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and, where they relate to an order, for the time accounting rules require.

Links to Etsy

When you click a link to our Etsy shop you leave this site. Etsy has its own privacy policy and uses its own cookies. Our links include campaign tags, such as the name of the page you came from, which contain no personal data.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply. If you are not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or to the CNIL (cnil.fr) in France.

Changes

If we add anything that uses cookies or collects data, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
